Have you, like I, been frustrated and irritated with trying to ensure that the people you hire are legal to work in the U.S.?  Well, help is here!  A program from the U.S. government.  The program is simply called "E-Verify" and it comes from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.  This program is actually a re-branding of a program that has been in existence since 1997:  the Basic Pilot/Employment Eligibility Verification Program.  E-Verify is a partnership between the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA).  USCIS oversees the program.  E-Verify now includes a new Photo Screening Tool.  See the details here
